Fragfreak – Return & Refund Policy

At Fragfreak, we strive to deliver high-quality perfume products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seals, labels, and invoice intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Products without original packaging or invoice.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.
  • Clearance sale or promotional items (unless defective).
  • Mini samples or tester units (unless damaged during delivery).

3. Types of Perfume Products Covered

This policy applies to all Fragfreak products, including:

  • Eau de Parfum (EDP)
  • Eau de Toilette (EDT)
  • Perfume Oils / Attars
  • Gift Sets & Combo Packs
  • Travel Size Perfumes
  • Limited Edition Collections

4. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide:
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  1. After verification, return instructions will be shared.

Fragfreak reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item, Fragfreak will arrange or reimburse return shipping.
  • For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Refund is initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from Fragfreak’s side.


7. Replacement Policy

Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund when:

  • Product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect item was delivered.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

9. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the outer package appears damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video immediately.
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery for faster resolution.

10. Refund Rejection Conditions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Product shows signs of use.
  • Return request exceeds the allowed time period.
  • Product is returned incomplete or tampered with.

11. Policy Updates

Fragfreak reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon publication.
