If anything arrives damaged, wrong or missing, your unboxing video is what lets us replace it without any back and forth. Without it we can't process a claim, so film it every time.

Label in view. Start filming with the parcel still sealed and the label visible.
One take. Open it in a single continuous shot, no cuts and no pauses.
Show it close. Hold any damaged, wrong or missing item up to the camera.

Running into trouble?

Quick answers.

The tracking page says the AWB is not found.

A new parcel can take a few hours to show up in the courier's system after we hand it over. Check the number for typos and try again later. If it still does not show, WhatsApp us your order number.

My tracking has not moved in a while.

A courier delay or a festive rush can add a day or two. If tracking has stalled past the 3 to 6 working day window, message us and we will chase the courier ourselves.

Something is wrong with my parcel.

If an item arrives damaged, wrong or missing, WhatsApp us the unboxing video with your order number within 5 days of delivery. Once we have checked it, we arrange a replacement for that item. Return, refund and exchange policy
