At FragFreak, we maintain strict quality standards for every product. Due to the nature of fragrances, we do not offer returns once an order has been delivered.
Eligibility for Replacement
We offer replacements only in specific cases where there is a genuine issue with the order. This includes receiving a damaged product, an incorrect item, or a missing item.
Request Timeline
All replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Proof Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue identified. Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Verification and Resolution
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item.
