Azzaro The Most Wanted vs Wanted By Night: Which One to Buy? (2026)

The Most Wanted Parfum, EDP Intense, Wanted By Night or Forever Wanted Elixir: how the four Azzaro Wanted scents we stock differ, and which one to buy.

FragFreak cover, Azzaro The Most Wanted vs Wanted By Night, which to buy in India 2026.

Azzaro's Wanted family has grown into a whole shelf of black and red bottles, and the names do not help: Most Wanted, Wanted By Night, Forever Wanted. We stock four of them. They all lean warm and spicy, but each one has a different centre, and at ₹6,000 to ₹9,000 a bottle it pays to know which is which.

Short answer: For most buyers in India, start with Azzaro The Most Wanted Parfum at ₹6,239: fiery ginger over woods and bourbon vanilla, bold and easy to like. If you want it sweeter, The Most Wanted EDP Intense costs the same ₹6,239 and leans into toffee. Wanted By Night at ₹7,499 is the darker cinnamon and tobacco option, and Forever Wanted Elixir at ₹8,709 is the newest, built on raspberry, cardamom and leather. Both Most Wanted versions come as 8 ML decants.

  • Most Wanted Parfum is the spicy one. Ginger up top, vanilla underneath, strong for hours.
  • Most Wanted EDP Intense is the sweet one. Cardamom, toffee and amberwood, cosy and dessert like.
  • Wanted By Night is the smoky one. Cinnamon, cumin, incense and tobacco. Darker, and not for everyone.
  • Forever Wanted Elixir is the fruity leather one. Raspberry and cardamom over leather and vetiver.
  • All four are cool weather scents. In India, they shine from October to March, mostly after dark.

How the Wanted family fits together

It started with the original Azzaro Wanted eau de toilette, which we do not currently stock. Wanted By Night followed in 2018 as a darker, spicier eau de parfum. The Most Wanted arrived in 2021 as an eau de parfum intense built on toffee, and The Most Wanted Parfum came a year later with ginger and vanilla. Forever Wanted Elixir is the 2025 addition, with raspberry and leather.

The names suggest strength, but they do not map neatly onto it. Parfum usually means more perfume oil than EDP, and Elixir is Azzaro's name for an intense version, but how a scent wears on your skin matters more than the label. Our guide to EDP vs EDT vs extrait explains the basics.

The Most Wanted Parfum: the spicy ginger one

  • Notes: Red ginger, woody notes, bourbon vanilla
  • For: Men · Type: Parfum (2022) · Longevity in Indian heat: 6-8 hrs
  • Price: from ₹839 (8 ML decant) to ₹6,239 (100 ML full bottle)

This is the Wanted our customers search for most. It opens on a sharp, zingy ginger that feels almost peppery, then settles into smooth woods and a bourbon vanilla base. It is sweet, but the ginger keeps it lively rather than sugary. Fragrance sites class it as spicy, woody and gourmand.

Reviewers commonly report long wear, often eight hours or more in cool weather, with strong projection early on that settles after a few hours. It is best for evenings, parties and winter functions, where a confident, warm scent fits. Shop Azzaro The Most Wanted Parfum.

The Most Wanted EDP Intense: the sweet toffee one

  • Notes: Cardamom, toffee, amberwood
  • For: Men · Type: Eau de parfum intense (2021) · Longevity in Indian heat: 6-8 hrs
  • Price: from ₹839 (8 ML decant) to ₹6,239 (100 ML full bottle)

The EDP Intense swaps ginger for cardamom and puts toffee at the centre. The result is warmer, rounder and sweeter than the Parfum, closer to caramel than to spice. Amberwood gives the base a dry, woody lift so it never turns completely into dessert.

Reviewers commonly report around nine hours in cool weather, with strong early projection. One comparison found it smoother and a little more versatile than Wanted By Night, with enough lightness for a spring evening. In India, it is a natural choice for dates and dinners in the cooler months. Shop Azzaro The Most Wanted EDP Intense.

Wanted By Night: the cinnamon and tobacco one

  • Notes: Cinnamon, mandarin, cumin, red cedar, incense, tobacco, cypress
  • For: Men · Type: Eau de parfum (2018) · Longevity in Indian heat: 4-7 hrs
  • Price: ₹7,499 (100 ML full bottle)

Wanted By Night opens bright and spicy, with cinnamon and a touch of mandarin. Cumin, red cedar and incense follow, and it dries down to tobacco and woods. Vanilla is not on the official note list, but some wearers notice a sweet, warm glow in the dry down. One reviewer described it as spicier and darker than the original Wanted.

It is also the most divisive of the four. Some find it very sweet, and the tobacco and cumin can feel heavy if you dislike smoky scents. Wear time reports range widely, from about four to six hours up to seven to nine. Keep it for cold nights out, and try it on skin before you buy if cumin or tobacco usually bother you. Shop Azzaro Wanted By Night.

Forever Wanted Elixir: the raspberry and leather one

  • Notes: Raspberry, green mandarin, cardamom, leather, wolfwood, vetiver
  • For: Men · Type: Elixir (2025) · Longevity in Indian heat: 6-8 hrs
  • Price: ₹8,709 (100 ML full bottle)

The newest Wanted takes a different route. Raspberry and green mandarin open it, cardamom adds spice, and the base is leather with dry woods and vetiver. Opinions on the opening are split: some wearers enjoy the fruit, while others say the raspberry and cardamom are hard to pick out. Either way, it reads as fruitier and more leathery than the Most Wanted pair.

Reported wear is around six to eight hours, with strong projection in the first hour. It suits winter evenings and anyone who wants something less common than the two Most Wanted scents. Shop Azzaro Forever Wanted Elixir.

How long each version lasts in Indian heat and humidity

Most published wear times come from cooler climates. Heat makes perfume evaporate faster, and sweet notes like toffee and vanilla can feel cloying in humidity. Expect the lower end of these ranges on a hot day and the higher end in an air conditioned office or on a December evening.

  • Most Wanted Parfum: 6-8 hrs, strong for the first three to four hours
  • Most Wanted EDP Intense: 6-8 hrs, strong early projection
  • Wanted By Night: 4-7 hrs, reports vary widely
  • Forever Wanted Elixir: 6-8 hrs, loudest in the first hour

Office, weddings, winter and summer: when to wear each

Office: None of the four is an ideal office scent. If you must, one spray of the Most Wanted Parfum under your shirt in an AC office.

Dates and dinners: The Most Wanted EDP Intense. Sweet, warm and pleasant up close.

Winter weddings and parties: The Most Wanted Parfum, or Forever Wanted Elixir if you want something less familiar.

Cold nights out: Wanted By Night, if you enjoy spice and smoke.

Summer: Skip the Wanted family. For a hot day, Azzaro Chrome EDT (₹3,719), a fresh citrus scent, is the better Azzaro.

Price, sizes and decant-first advice

Both Most Wanted versions cost ₹6,239 for 100 ML, which makes them the best value in the family. Wanted By Night is ₹7,499 and Forever Wanted Elixir ₹8,709, both sold only as 100 ML bottles.

Because the two Most Wanted scents cost the same, the choice comes down to ginger or toffee. Both come as 8 ML decants at ₹839, so the smart move is to buy both, wear each for a few days and keep the one you reach for. Our decant vs full bottle guide explains when that makes sense.
